About the Management Associate (MA) Programme

The UOB Regional MA Programme is a 16-month programme aimed at grooming future leaders within the Bank. The programme has been designed to provide selected candidates with an accelerated induction experience, where they will learn about the different businesses and develop a wide range of core competencies to fast-track their career in the banking industry.

Candidates will be given the autonomy to be attached to a business segment or corporate function that is most aligned with their career aspirations.
